About Jaime Horning

Jaime Horning is in her second year as a real estate broker, bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience from the staffing industry to her career. Before transitioning into real estate, Jaime spent 19 years at a staffing firm, starting in an entry-level role and ultimately serving as Executive Vice President of the West Region. During that time, she mastered the art of listening, understanding goals, and matching people with the right opportunities—skills that translate seamlessly into helping clients find their perfect home.

Her passion for real estate stems from a lifelong belief in the importance of homeownership and the sense of stability and belonging it provides. After living in Ohio for 10 years due to work, Jaime and her family finally settled in Ridgefield, Washington—a community they’ve called home for the past decade and their “forever home.” She loves helping others put down roots in communities they love, just as she did.

Jaime’s favorite aspects of being a broker include building genuine relationships, guiding clients through big life moments, problem-solving, and advocating for their best interests. In 2025, she worked extensively with first-time homebuyers and raw land purchases, showcasing her versatility and commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

Family is Jaime’s greatest motivation. She strives to build a business that serves her clients well while creating stability and flexibility for her loved ones. Married to her husband for nearly 20 years, Jaime is a proud mom to two dogs—a King Cavalier and a Springer Spaniel—and five chickens (which she never imagined owning but now can’t live without!). Her family loves to travel, visiting a national park every year, and this summer, they’re planning an exciting trip to Greece.

Jaime attended Oregon State University and brings her strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and passion for helping people to every transaction. For her, success in real estate is about more than buying and selling—it’s about trust, communication, and creating a positive experience for every client.
